Where forensic experts may be appropriate or necessary in providing legal assistance and representation to clients, the firm can recommend experts in the areas of business and asset valuations, tax and accounting, construction inspections, valuation of retirement plans and accounts, and other disciplines as needed. The retention of any forensic expert(s) is based upon advanced, in depth discussions with the client and with the client’s prior consent and authorization.
